SS, I think I just got it right, good connection, I also bumped my amps to 6amps/sq ft, this seems to have helped the lightness issue. I was a little worried this part didn't act like any of the others, volts shot right up to 17.1V, and then slowly moved down to 16.1V thru out the run(2hrs), but it came out great!!

If the connection and other parameters are good, you will see different reactions in the voltage due to the material grade being anodized.
