well, Im using a 20 gal tank for my acid bath.
Caswell initially sent me the agitator/airpump with the stainless steel parts inside. I didnt notice this till a replacement got in because the pump wasnt working (stainless steel axis dissolved in the bath) and this came with a plastic axis. My bath is now yellowish, Im not 100% sure if this is entirely due to the stainless steel but I do know I have a yellow tint to my water now. Will this small of a contamination really affect my anodizing jobs? It will cost approx $50 to replace and if I can get by for a little without changing it I would. Eric. |
