Default my first ano

guys i just wanted to know what you think of my first polish and anodizing job?




It is a P.I.T. BOV made by Dee Zee and it is anodized in bordeaux red

the schedual was
15 min in stripper
polish
5 min cleaner @ 137 degrees
3 min desmut room temp~61 degrees
1hr ano @ 15v/6amps/63 degrees
10 min dye @ 139 degrees
20 min sealer @ 161 degrees

the red looks excellent on the multiple contours.
is the part made from 6061 t6?

the large body was 6061 t6, but the rest was a another alloy in the 6000 series. i did it according to the instructions by Mr. Newman and all worked out well. He lives only 30 mins from me and helped me get all my stuff around so this effort was in big part due to his help. The rest of it was help from members here to help me get my heaters set up. I am using simple crock pots right now but will be up grading in coming months after the expenses from this set up are recovered from. All in all i am anoing for under 300.00 give or take 50.00. Once again thanks to you guys for the help
