from the guy on ebay "Bend and holds shape. (Not springy like most alloyed titanium wires are)" Would this be bad? i'm buying some any ways, so dont steal it from me

Acidrain: I'm not really sure how much i would need, they are long peices and you cut them down? how much would you need for 20 gun parts?
Do you use diffrent diameters for, say, eye covers (dm4) and bodys?

I use 1/16in for smaller parts like eye covers, triggers, etc. 1/32in would work well too.
Then I use 1/8in for the larger parts. I usually rack gun bodies in two places.
Here is a pic of the 1/8in on a reg body:

Hey Acid, your PM box is full again.
Been trying to contact you about the Ti...

I'm still interested in the stuff we talked about.

I used this 1.2mm stuff last night, I though it wasnt going to work well but for small stuff it works great

Middle one is the 1.2mm...left is acidrains 1/8" and right is acidrains 1/16"

I have more then I can use if anyone is interested. Had to buy it in a 2 lbs pack, I was having fun with it and primed (anodized it a gold color) about 30 sticks, but titanium anodizing doesnt affect its conductivity

36" sticks 1.50 per rod...I will cut to length
