Default Should I order more Ti?

I've been PM'd by a couple of you about getting more titanium wire for racking. I'm down to just a couple 3' pieces of 1/16in.
If you guys want more of both 1/16in, and 1/8in, chime in here with how much you might need. The 1/16in comes in 3' lengths, and I have to buy 40 pieces for $80 (minimum order). The 1/8in comes in up to 8' lengths, and can be purchaced individually.
Prices will be same as last time (I only charge what it costs me)...
1/16in up to 3' lengths- $.66 per foot.
1/8in up to 8' lengths- $3 per foot.
Prices do not include shipping.

Sending a pm as well

Can you get TI machine type screws ? I have a guy I anodize parts for, small parts with zero blemish on outside, 8-32 threads if I remember correctly. 20 would be perfect, but I don't make much money at all of these, so not wanting to sink in 3 or 4 runs of these parts to pay for them LOL

OK, box is empty now.
I have lots 10-32 screws, but no 8's.
I can let the nuts or screws go for $.50 ea. (have you guys priced this stuff?).
I won't be able to get the 1/16in, unless we can get more guys on-board. I suppose I could run the left-overs on e-bay, but I really don't want to have to do that.
I think it was Yoyoboy that wanted some. You out there?
Maybe I'll post on PBnation too.

I have priced it... and purchased some, I have a lot of Ti wire myself , I need to move half or more of it, forget the exact stuff I have tho LOL. I also noted when I used the wire (anodized with it) it turned a very dark color, black/purple, and swore it took die lol, I guess the dye just clung to the wire, because it washed off. The Ti is nice when you have alot of the same parts, not trie dthe screws yet, justa good snug threading that bottoms out will work good ?

I have about four pieces of the 1/8in that I have threaded about 1/4in of the ends with 6-32 threads. The die cuts a cone shape where the threads begin on the rod. When threading this racking wire into a part, it snugs up against the cone shape.
The Ti is very easy to thread... just like steel.
I have one piece of 1/4in rod that I narrowed the end on (with a belt sander), and then threaded with 10-32. Threading your racking rod/wires is a very good way to go. Just keep in mind this is where acid will hide when you go to dye your parts.

My Ti guy is out, and the stuff is on back order. Anybody wanting to get in on an order needs to post here exactly how much of each size they need, then I'll PM you with how to pre-pay.

I am posting here just as a curtsy since I had asked you in an email about the TI.

I just won 185 feet of some 1/32" type 2 off ebay. So I will not go in on the TI this time around.
