Check for local fabrication shops. They usually have punches large enough to do the job quickly. Next look for shops that have CNC water jet or plasma rigs. They won't be as cheap but may give a volume discount. Machine shop would be the last place because unless they are starving for work the cost will be prohibitive. I can get quotes on all the above but then you would have to add in shipping from Texas.
