Rick,

Any chance you could organize some kind of group buy? I'd be in for some. Any idea on price for 100 lbs?

Maybe 4 people, including you, buying 100 lbs each.

I'll find out... the place was really hard to find even with an address and good directions. I'll have to go back to my notes, cause I'll never find it without them. Maybe I even have a ph #.

i'm interested in a few lb of this aluminum degreaser. best thing we've tried is goo-gone. its messy though and typically a final pass with acetone is still necessary.

Goo-Gone is petroleum based, meaning your doing the opposite of degreasing the part. Ive found WD-40 works just as good as goo-gone for sticker removal, either way, it will need to be heavily washed in dish soap.

you're right. i was using the term "degrease" too loosely. that's definitely not a good solution if you plan to plate or coat the metal afterwards.
