Color Sealing???
Just a thought...What if you dyed your parts at 140 degrees. Once you have the color you want, turn the heat up and use the dye to seal the part

I've heard of that being done.
Some guys swear that steam sealing/boiling in plain water does not protect against chemicals as well as the nickel acetate sealer, but I have no first hand knowledge of that. If so, I suspect the same with boiling in dye.
