Attempting to get 2 certain blues, which dyes would work best?

Hello,

Im looking to get 2 blues, a pale light blue, and a deep dark navy blue. So far ive tried electric and turqoise to get the light blue, and electric blue followed by a dip in black. I have yet to achieve the color im looking for.

The exact colors im looking for are these
