Where is the best/cheapest place to buy supplies like ti bolts and ti sheeting to build racks from?

I use Servisure. The racks are not that expensive either.

Servisure or ebay. Ebay has unpredictable prices. you may pay a good amount, or a low amount.

Here's my $0.02:
The Ring Lord ( http://theringlord.com) sells Ti by the tenth of a pound. Unfortunately they only supply 0.08" dia. and below wire. I ordered some 0.080" TI-AL2-V2 and it ran $0.71/ft and some 0.063" - TI-AL6-V4 that ran $0.45/ft. I haven't received it yet so I really can give a report, but the prices seem pretty reasonable.

I also just bought some 0.093" X 36" sticks of ERTi-1 (CP Grade 1) off of ebay and can spare a few of those if anyone is interested (I haven't received those yet either).

Thanks guys, that onlinemetals is a cool place. It has what i need as i plan on welding a short .125'' think rod on the end of a ti bolt and have another stationary point across from it, to create a "pinch point" connection on my parts since they have 2 parallel surfaces. that will only leave me 2 little dots not anodized.
