A guy here in the US, im sure he would be willing to do parts for you, and ship them outside the US if needed. Contact him via his website.
He does alot of complicated laser work on paintball guns, but im sure he would be more then happy to do simple little engravings on parts for a reasonable price. http://otisdriftwooddesigns.com/
