Hi, I'm kind of newbie in the anodizing process, but not to plating. I just to have a chrome plant in Mexico, so i could say that i have some knowledge on electrolitic process.

My concern is that i couldn't buy my battery acid at the NAPA store today, but i really want to make a test today, but what i do have is a pure sulfuric acid 98%. I've read some post and did some search about the concentration of the anodizing tank and i got the conclusion of:

13.797 Lt. of destilled water + 1.323 Lt of sulfuric acid 98% = 10% sulfuric acid.

So according to this I'll get the same concentration then if i use 3gl of destilled water + 1gl of NAPA battery acid with 35%. Is that correct??

BTW, i got my Deluxe anodizing kit in case you ask about my set up
