Several places in Austin can get blast media. Tractor supply, Grainger, AJ Rod.

Sswee are you using the polar bare cooler that acidrain gave me the link to?
also should i use 2 pieces of lead or one big piece in the shape of a U. Where did you guys get your lead is it just off the home depot shelf or is it special order,how thick do you guys use?

I have one but right now I'm using another brand in 1/3 HP. I'll have to check the brand name. A little brain dead right now.

Both set ups with the lead work the same. A con for the U-shaped is some part configurations may cause the part to hang low in the tank and you don't want the parts too close to the plates. A con on two separate plates is an extra electrical connection to deal with. Caswell has lead plates. I got mine off a salvage job. Most use 1/8" thick.
