Talking Titanium tubing for heat exchanger coil

Hello Everyone!
I am looking for a supplier of Titanium tubing or a small "drop-in" titanium coil for a heat exchanger in my anodizing tank. I think a large coil of tubing laid flat in the bottom of the tank would be best, hopefully someone will point me in the right direction.
Thanks in advance!
Ben

Check ebay, but only buy grade 1 2 and 3 titanium. Anything else is alloyed with other metals and those will dissolve and screw up your bath.

5ft. of titanium 1/4 tubbing runs $219.00 You would need at least 20ft running Etheline Glycol or anti freeze in a 50/50 mix with water pipe that into a automobile heater core and put that in a freezer running about -20 F you can get an electric fuel pump that will run it through fairly fast. So for less than a grand you can build a cooler out of titanium. Or do what most folks do and pump the same mix through plastic tubing only coil up say a hundred feet of the clear plastic tubing in about the same 1/4 inch size same effect Tygon PVC will run you about $60.00 for a hundred feet then you can use fittings to increase its size to fit the heater core. put it in a freezer at -20F it should cool your acid bath down quite quickly and a whole bunch cheaper. Now if you want to spend a couple of grand give it to me and I will build you the cheap one and guess WHAT. You won't know the difference. dray

I just got a quote from Vulcanium on a custom built Titanium coil for $169.00 that will fit my tank. I will probably use Aluminum tubing for a temporary coil and then do the Titanium one.
Thanks.

I see you found a coil, and it sounds relatively cheap. If you need something else I have had good luck @ Tico Titanium, here is the website www.ticotitanium.com
