Default opaque anodizing dyes

Are there any opaque dyes avialable? Ive been looking at some anodizing jobs I would like to recreate that have opaque colors on top on another color. How could I do this?

dye for a short period of time. Also, starting with a polished part can increase the bightness. It's as much of an art, as a science.
