Default Alloy list?

Does anybody have, or know where to get, a list of the different alloys of aluminum, and their corresponding behaviors in anodizing?

it would really help...

Thanks,
JR

Thanks, that should help, but is there a list with all the alloys in one chart, and ratings of quality?

If you are near a good sized university library, check out the ASTM standards. There's one for aluminium alloys that has a table of the different compositions.

Something that always struck me as very neat: there are aluminium alloys they make rivets of that are kept refrigerated. You take them out and drive them before they warm up...and as they come to room temperature, they're heat hardened.
