Default anodize thickness

I recently ano'd a PM7 and was told the manifold for the solenoid is not matching up properly after 200 fps or so ive ano'd a few other matrix's and never had this problem what could have caused this here are my specs roughly as i did this gun a few weeks ago and dont remember exactly.

tank temp 70* very constant
amperage 3.2-3.5 (just the gun body itself)
Length of time in bath 1hour 30 mins.

You can't really go by the specs to see what the final millage is. It doesn't matter anyway... the real effect is the stripping... it's hard to say how mutch material might have been removed. Under normal circumstances, you usually loose ~.001in per surface after strip and re-ano, but time in the strip tank is a big variable.
I don't really understand the complaint... the gun won't shoot over 200fps?
Is there a leak at the manifold?
It's not your fault either way... the customer asked for a re-ano, and that's what you gave him. Did you provide disassembly and re-assembly? If so, you might have a hard time explaining why the gun won't shoot, but if not, it's the assembler's responsibility to get the thing working right. He probably stripped the noid screws.

they claim it leaks from around the noid im not sure they are going to send it to me again this week and let me look at it because i think its a crock of **** i can see if i ano'd / stripped like 3-4 times but i did it one time all the ano was gone and the gun came out beautiful.

Before they send it to you, have them check the gripframe screw holes... sometimes those get punched all the way through into the body if they used too long of a screw. It's very thin there, and I've heard of some complaints that the stripping removed aluminum at that point, but it has always turned out that the wrong screw was used.
