Yep, you got it all.
I've never used the Carboy caustic soda, so I can't speak to that, but everything else sounds good.

A Carboy is a square plastic jug with a large opening.

What I want to know is where you're buying battery acid for just over $1 per liter? (Less than 50 cents a pound.) !!!

I bought 5 gallons of battery acid at the local NAPA auto parts store for about $25. It comes in one of those "bag in a box" containers. They had to special order it for me, but it only took a day or 2 to get it.

How long would these chemicals from caswell last me?:

Anodize & Chrome Stripper - 8oz

Anodizing Dye - 4oz

Anodizing sealent - 1lb

Aluminum De-Oxidizer & De-Smut

Enough to do a strip and ano a few paintball gun bodies?
it seems like the stripper comes in such small qt's...

would like 200Watt or more fish tank heaters be enough to use from dye and seal tank?
will i need a small fish tank agitater?

i plan on anodizing small parts such as paintball eye covers, feednecks etc for now and then do bigger trigger frames and bodys in a little bit.

The chemicals last a good long time, but the 200w fish-tank is too week.
I suggest the following:
For the sealer, get yourself a canning pot (not aluminum) and boil the sealer on a camp stove outdoors. When you're done, poor the sealer into a bucket with a lid for re-use. As the sealer boils off some of it's water, just add more.
For the dyes, keep them in two-gallon buckets, and place them in a pot of boiling water until the temp is 140F. For small batches, you can heat in the microwave, but be careful not spill in the house!
