im trying to step things up and im building a new large system, but my main problem is the agitation, the thing is that in my small tank i used a fish tank bubble blower to kip the hidrogen out of the anode, but for my new tank, im going to use a water pump, for keeping the acid running, but i dont know if i should stay with the bubble blower too?(my new tank is 20gal)

It takes a pretty big acid pump to make a difference. If you have a shop compressor, that will work really good for just air agitation if you add in-line filtration. Use 1/2in PVC to make a grid and drill 1/16in holes every 3in or so. You'll have to weigh down the grid or it will float when you charge it with air.
