Default Anodize Flat Trays?

I have a customer that wants me to anodize some trays for him. The trays are 18"x28" and look like a pizza pan. How do you ano something like this? Thanks for your help.

Total area including both sides is exactly 7 sq. ft.
At 6 amp per sq. ft., the current required is 42 amps., and depending on the alloy, would require a power source capable of at least that current at 15 volts or so.
That is beyond my setup.

Yeah, 7 sq ft is quite a lot. I've done 11 sq ft @ 6A/sq.ft. but getting rid of that much heat isn't easy. Start on a cold morning and have lots of bagged ice ready...

I'd probably drop down to 4 A/sq.ft. if I had to do THAT again.

Thanks for the replies. That helps me. I told this guy if he wanted to do this I needed some time to get it together with a larger setup. Right now he is giving me some small parts to work with. Let me ask another question?

I have a tank setup with 8 gals of ano solution and a 8 gal rinse tank. I am a newbie at this so please bear with me. I know to clean the part and rinse in Distilled water but do I need to do anything else to ano this part? He just wants it Black with no polishing beforehand. The part is aluminum and about 6 sq inches.

Depending on the alloy, you may need to de-smut before ano. Smut is a black soot-like film that is left after etch.

Thanks acidrain for the reply. I was able to ano it by using a 12 volt 50 amp car charger.
