Get your bins and sprayer from Fred Meyer, or whatever your local department store is.
You'll need about a 10gal (minimum) ano tank.

Acidrain knows about doing PB guns. The reason for the size tank is the heat generated has to be dissipated into the tank without raising the tank temperature beyond limits. Excessive heat promotes dissolution. Dissolution is where the acid naturally dissolves the coating being grown. If not dealt with through agitation and temp, it can dissolve the coating as fast as it can grow.
Although a battery charger of the right type and size can be used with success, it almost always causes many headaches. The main one being control of the necessary current to do the job.

Sswee is right on about the heat disapation.
Also, you'll want to ano all of the parts at once for a good color match. Average complete PB guns are in the 1 - 2 sq. ft. range of surface area. At 6 amps per sq. ft., you should have a PS capable of up to 12 amps.
If you're using a charger, you'll have problems hitting the voltage needs at that current, so you'll have to settle on a lower CD. Calculate your surface area, run you PS at see what you are able to get for a CD. I suggest NOT going lower than 4.5 amps per sq. ft. CD.
Practice on some 6xxx series scrap first.
