Grain showing up usually comes from stripping too long. Sometimes you have to let it happen to finish stripping, but it should be buffed or blasted out prior to anodizing.

A grain in the metal doesnt show bad quality. Think of it as a piece of wood, all wood has a grain. When the aluminum alloy is being extruded into its shape, it is forced out. This causes everything to go in one direction and form a grain. Prep work will make this grain disappear. Try polishing or glass peening the part and see if it changes in the surface appearance. How big is the part?

The dull spot right beside the threaded hole looks like a finger print to me. Any chance someone picked the part up bare handed before ano?

Are you giving it just a quick dunk in the SP degreaser? The degreaser will leave dull patches if left in for more than just a few seconds.
Try degreasing with lacquer thinner, then dipping in the warm SP degreaser for just a few seconds to pass WB.

Something with your dye process I'll guess. Were the parts touching each other or the sides of the tank either during dye or sealing? They have to hang so they don't touch.
How about after dye? Were the parts allowed to dry or lay on a towel or something?
After dyeing, let them hang in a rinse tank, or rinse and go directly to sealer.

Alright,I know what caused them. Can someone explain what desolation is?Or what ever it is when amps are to high, temp to high, run time to long. What is signs of this?I ran some more black parts with the same exact prepping process as the lime parts and ended up with smudges again.Could it be the black? Why is my black taking like 30-45 mins to turn a full black at a min of 140 degrees?

Dissolution is caused by the ano layer at its max and being dissolved faster then it can be made. You will get a chalky white look after sealing.

I doubt the smudges are from desoltion. You are probably experiencing multiple problems. If the black is taking a long time to dye, then the coating is too thin, or the dye is not hot. Could be PH level, but usually that makes the color off too.
Are you touching the parts with bare hands?
Are you rinsing with RO or distilled water?
Are you doing the entire process all at once, or maybe letting the parts sit?
Are you rinsing really well? Between all the steps? Both dunk rinse, and spray rinse?
