Chemical disposal

Hey guys,

I will be changing out my anodize bath here shortly and was wondering how I should go about disposing of the old. Is this something that can be poured down a strom drain or toilet? Could I pour it into the field behind my house?

NEVER pour used up acid down the drain or street. I'm not to sure about small disposal but you could probably just take it to your local NAPA store or battery collection place to dispose of it properly.

You could also hold on to that acid and use it for a pickling solution.

Our local public works department has a hazardous material drop off place right in town where we can drop off oil, florescent bulbs, paint, chemicals etc. Call your local waste disposal or public works for info.
