You have to find either a hole, or a thread to fix the part. The wire leaves some marks on pieces, so it should be "covered", or hided after annodizing. Bent some Ti-wire to an o-shape to "get" those flimsy, wonky parts. Just take care of really tight connections. Worked fine for me.....but in the meantime I'm using hex-nuts of (nearly) any size made from PET. Again bend the wire around a thread and press it down with a nut. Never had any connection-problems since that.

Caswell has the things you're looking for....e.g.:

Belongs to your needs and wallet.....
I think some members do polishing-jobs, too

What color do you wanna dye your gun?

Yep, what Loon said. The reason he asked what color is because the thickness of the ano makes a difference in color. For black and dark colors, ano to 1 mil. For medium colors, ano to .75, and for clear, gold, copper, etc., ano to .5 mil.

Hey man of wonky parts.......Caswell will have the buffs and compound you need. Look under the cotton spiral buffs and it will list the correct buffs. Go to Harbor Freight for you polishing machines. 1/2 horse 39$ 3/4 horse with 3/4" shaft a powerfull heavy duty buffer is an amazing 79$.
