Today I spent an hour or three messing with my bass boat. The 12/24 volt trolling motor had never worked properly and I was worried that I might have a fire hazard if the wiring was messed up.
Sitting on 10 gallons of gas in a 20 gallon tank next to the batteries can make a fellow nervous you know!
After chopping the wires out, I put all new connections in and for the first time, I now have 12 AND 24 volt power to the trolling motor. Wow! It certainly moves along now!
Fishing was bad today. My friend Charles ( you'll see him in a Bass Tracker most days by the pilings) caught zip, and all I did was lose two lures.
Dock didn't progress today. Maybe tomorrow.

Nothing much going on today. The Colonial Belle passed by just after 9pm. Charles was on the pilings, but I didn't see him catching anything.
