Its actually a metalic base, not a solid
' I believe Tiger Drylac sells it as a dormant color, when you add clear to it as a top coat it causes the dormant color blue to come out a metalic, it is a purple/blue blue color. Candy blue is too light and not close, lolly pop also is not close. Hardest color to find. |
