I posted this once before, would really like something better here. Actual anode bags would be a huge improvement. You supply your anodes in standard dimensions, bags to fit would be great! Instead of wrapping the bandage around, and using a rubber band. The new ones should be actual bags. I know they are using then in the industry. The problem is that with the agitation in the tank the rubber band method can make things loosen up, and the size of the anode bandages that you sell don't really cover the entire anode anyways. The copper anodes wear smooth so that's not a big deal. The big deal is in the nickel tank. My nickel anodes look like someone took a shotgun to them with all these little holes. And when I do take them out of the tank, there's loose particles all over the inside of the bandage. Like I said, the bandage doesn't exactly cover the whole anode, so I know the uncovered portion is dumping stuff into the solution. I've got some suspended matter that always get stuck onto horizontal surfaces of plated items, I'm positive it's how the anode is coming apart. I'll probably order a few bandages, buy a sewing machine and some vinyl thread and go to town. I can use some poly rope to make a drawstring at the top.
