Distilled Water UK

Just organising setting up my copy chrome kit and enquiring about distilled water available here (UK)
The pH of the water I can source is 7, is this OK ?
Is it after mixing with the crystals that this (pH7) will balance itself to the recommended 3.5 to 4.5 ?

ps Just wanted to add, the service from Caswell UK has been 1st Class.

7 is neutral pH and just what the water should be. After adding the crystals which contain an acid, the pH will drop to 3.5 - 4.5.
