Default consumables,copy chrome

Is it the anode that needs to be replaced more often or the copy chrome crystals?I received my catalog and I think that I want to get the flash copper and copy chrome combo kit.I will mostly be doing aluminum parts for motorcycles but a little steel too.Plating this way will also not need the nickle step because it is in the copy chrome right?Nickle anode? Thanks, Shawn

the things you wil replace are the anodes and the brightners the crystals only need to be added if you loose the throwing power if you are purchacing a small kit you will be using a nickle anode copy chrome will go onto most metals with out any onther plate such as copper and nickle recomend copper when plating pot metal and aluminum
