Default brown cc

I have used the electroless nickle and gold tank kits with great results. I got the 3.5 copy chrome kit with a 5 amp power supply.I live in the dessert and even with air conditioning the temp is between 80-90 degress. With about .7-1 amp and following the book I still get brown or black smudges on the surfaces. What is the maximun temp to use with the cc? thank you

Will the brown buff off? I rinse part well after copy chrome and blow dry with air. Then wax.
