    Default Copy Chrome Golf Clubs

Hello, this is my first post and NEW to the chroming idea and industry. Im looking to open a Golf Club Repair shop in my area and rechroming came to mind as a service i would offer. I would like to find out if copy chrome kits would be cost effective and durable for the work im looking to do. Also i was spelunking through the forum and ran across a sprayonchrome.com. Its not 100% what i was thinking but would that chrome withstand the beating a golf club would? or would the best bet be copy chrome or OTHER means. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

It could be you're on the wrong forum for Spraychrome or no one here has used it. The system seems expensive for the hobbist. I wouldn't expect anything sprayed or baked to withstand the repeated impact of a golf ball. I think your best bet is to stay with a plating system. The Copy Chrome (nickel and cobalt) isn't quite as hard as regular chrome but it can be plated directly to steel and eliminate the soft copper layer under a triple plate that can lead to cracking.
