Don't know the chemistry but the alkalinity may break down. It's supposed to be 9.0-9.5. If you have a pH tester, check it. Without knowing what chemistry is being used, I would be hesitant to add anything to raise the pH back up. Put a call/message into Tech Support and see if they can recommend an agent if the pH has dropped.
In any case, try option "a". If it works, it works. Then get busy and plate stuff.![]()
