Zinzate?
I burned through my copper plating when I was buffing and it went right to the aluminum.Can I or do I have to dip it in zincate again or will it ruin the copper plating(or must I strip it all down to the base aluminum and start from scratch).Thanks

Just to be safe, I'd strip it down to bare metal and start again.
