Default Copy Chorme question

Can I chrome aluminum? It doesnt say what alloys I can chrome so I'm confused on this after attempting to chrome some small aluminum parts. Its the plug and plate kit.

EDIT: upon searching the other plating kits I come across the other copy chrome kit and is says I need Zincate Primer for aluminum

You can't brush plate aluminum. You need to Zincate the part, then immersion plate with any of our plating baths.

I just ordered some Zincate. Can I still use the Plug in Plate copy chrome kit, if I do the porper steps for emersing the part in a glass container with the wand clapmed to the glass while its emmeresed in the copy chrome solution? After I use the zincate on the aluminum parts.
