Plating Nuts and bolts
I am building a custom Harley. I do not want to have to purchase special bolts for everything. I would like to plate high-grade bolts and nuts and have them look similar on the entire bike. I think cad (silver) would look nice. Where do I start? I am new to this and have not purchased a system yet.

Hi,
I am restoring a Porsche 911 and am getting excellent results with the 4 gallon Copy Cad kit! The kit gives you all the material and best of all, a book to follow! I have been having great luck with my nuts and bolts, but I continue on and yellow chromate them. The Porsches came with a lot of yellow nuts and bolts. I would be pleased to help you in any way I can.

Sorry off topic.......Good luck restoring the porsche. If you ever need to source a part let me know, my uncle specializes in rare porsche parts
