copper plate zinc came for stained glass?

What's the best way to copper plate solid zinc came used for stained glass? I was thinking of trying to brush plate it. Will the solder used to put the pieces together (60% lead 40% zinc) be plated using the same chemicals? Thanks.

You'll need to treat with Pickle #4 first, then plate with Flash Copper.
