I bought a copychrome kit and I'm having trouble with it. I posted it on the PRS page and it's been days and no reply. You can reply to this forum the same day. I can see that people who don't have a kit, your more inclined to answer thier questions in order to get more sales, but people beware after purchase is a different story!

Yes it was yesterday. To me yesterday and today adds up to 2 days. After this post, you guys have done a great job helping me along with my problem. Thanks for all of the follow up!!

Hey guys let's not be rude. We can go back and forth on this, but lets not. OK? I like your answer better on the PRS system then the guy with the attitude! I quote "you must of screwed it up". Nice response. Thats the way I respect my customers also. Lets just figure out the problem and get it resolved.
