They're both exactly the same coating. The only difference is an additive in the Copy Chrome that gives it a slightly blue color.

Our supplier of EN tells us:
Hardness ( HK/Rc H) (as plated): 450/45

If you don't care about the color, use the nickel kit.

Not familiar with pistols, but you just need enough solution to immerse the part. You can immerse it in water as a test to see how much you'll need.

Probably not a problem on the tolerances. Lots of people are plating guns (see our restoration forum) without problems.

Yes you're right. That was my mistake...reading too fast. The E-Copy Krome will have a slighly higher RC than regular E-Nickel.
