I am looking into the economics of setting up a line for this process. Can this be done economically without major environmental impact issues. I need to process small brass connectors that will need .0004 to .0006 bright nickel finish. They will have to be racked- they have delicate threads. I know nothing about plating- except that I need to have a consistant quality. Help!

brass can be electroless nickel plated.. it requires a special activator or an electrolytic nickel strike. If you are looking for high brightness a bright nickel electroplate is brighter than any electroless nickel solution. If you have any questions feel free to email me at echo4747@aol.com
