Got a question or 2
I just ordered a copy chrome kit. I also got my hands on a new Desert Eagle. My question is - How do I go about removing the bluing on the pistol? The manual contains this info? Also is this chrome kit good enough for the pistol? or do you recommend something else for it?

You can buff if off, or use a pickel as described in the manual.
Yes, the copy chrome should do a great job.
