electroless plating
need to coat holes in a plasstic display. The display is PET mylar, 4 mil thick, the holes are bare, drilled mylar. The entire display has 7 microinches of aluminum on both sides i wish to connect electrically by plating the holes. I can't remove more than 500 Angstroms of aluminum and its ok to clog the hole. Any ideas? Ni or Sn would be ok, electroless plating better than electro since I want a thin layer.

Our kits are really designed for hobby plating, not the sort of specifications you seem to require.
