Default I would like to begin rechroming is a car battery sufficient

I am new to rechroming. I have been doing research for about a year, and now would like to purchase a kit that will allow for the maximum size of a bike rim (about 20").

I see many advertised and just want to make sure I get one that suites me properly.

I am ONLY going to be rechroming to start. I know this will involve 3 plating steps, and definite preperations to the different pot metals involved.

If anyone can suggest the a good starting point as far as equipment goes, that would be nice.

I have about 2,500 smaller car parts I am going to start with. I would also like to know if there is some info on "bulk chroming" (50-60 parts at a time - or more) anywhere. This makes a lot more sense when doing large numbers.

Last but not least, if anyone knows a good sandblast kit that would help too.

Thanks from a Newbie!

depending on the size parts your talking about its gonna take a pretty large set up in order to plate 50 parts at the same time.
