Electroless nickel on hardened steel
I've used my electroless nickel kit four times now—the first three on small brass and mild steel parts, it worked great. The fourth time I tried to plate hardened steel parts (bearing races, sprockets) and got terrible results. Is there something about hardened steel that makes it more difficult to plate? Thanks for your help.
