I dont think anything is fatal, its just how much you want to do to bring it back If I were you I would dummy the bath back to the way it should be. You have a lot of metal from the dummy in the bath now, so you will have to dummy it the right way for quite a bit now. Scrub the anodes clean prior to dummying though. Filter the bath through a coffee filter to get the grunt out of it. Your probably going to have to get some new anodes after your done dummying because you will eat them up.
