plating baskets

I am doing some plating of small parts and would like to know what I should use for baskets that would work good with each tank. (a) copy chrome (b) flash copper (c) nickel ? And how do I wire each one up ?

You might try making a visit to a local craft store. They often sell copper mesh which could work in any of those baths. Shape the stuff into a basket of suitable size and then hang it by a couple pieces of copper wire. Remember that the vigorous agitation from bubbles will move the parts around a little, so you might have to put a lid on the basket. Ilike to experiment in a "tank" with just water and bubbles before attempting the plating. That way I can see what the agitation is doing. If you don't need the lid, don't put one on since the nickel will throw better onto the parts without the lid.
