Default Black Oxide on a Cornet
Crazy idea, of course, but is it possible to black oxide a trumpet or cornet using a Caswell home kit? What would I have to do to prep.

I thought horns were made of brass(?).
Black oxide will only work on steel.

True, I guess i'll have to use the Plug'n'plate Krome to achieve the effect.
