Default Anodes

Starting up here. Hit a spot thats a little confusing, on pg 10 of manual says use 12x12 chrome anodes for anode to chrome. Page 12 says GP plates for deplating. Then on page 92 under setting up the sysem, it says in the boxed in area top of page to use 12x12 gp plates for anode. Please clarify here if possible. Could not get into support. Thanks, Buddy

Default Re: Anodes

GP plates and chrome anodes used to be exactly the same product, and are still very similar.

Use GP Plates for de-plating.
Use chrome anodes for chrome plating.

The chrome anodes are lead/antimony, the GP plates are lead. The antimony results in a better chrome plate.
