Default HELP! can't identify chemicals

Hello to everyone. I've been away from the site for some time. I'm still a newbie, however I managed to purchase a 3.5 gal chrome kit from a local advertisement. Its a Caswell 3.5 gal kit and all the chemicals were already mixed and in the 3.5 gal containers. The magic-markers used to label the contents has faded away, almost. One appears to say "pot metal" and one says "chrome" and one says "copy..something". I can't read it completely. The contents in the container labeled "chrome" is a dark molasses color. One container's contents is a sort of transparent aqua green. The 3rd container's contents looks similar to the second except it is a lighter transparent aqua green. And the forth container's contents is a transparent bluish color. The manual that came with it is yellow. There is an empty 3.5 gal container that i assume is for the sp degreaser that has not been opened yet. Any help in idetifying these containers would be greatly appreciated. I bought this kit so I could experiment some before purchasing larger quantities for larger items. I don't know what chemicals were sent in a kit when the "yellow" Caswell manual was being sent out, so I can't go by the present bill of materials in the current cataloge. The seller said this was the triple chrome kit. Anyway, Thanks for any info. Tom in Ga.

The yellow is your chrome, one of the green is nickle, and the blue is either flash or acid copper. Without testing the chemicals thats about the best I can do. If you want you can call and I might can walk you through some steps to test the chemicals. (601)549-6914

The 'yellow' puzzles me. The dark mollasses one is the chrome.

For the blue ones, dip your fingers in , then rub them together gently. If they feel slippery, it's Flash Copper.
For the other blue, take a spoonful out and drop some baking soda into it. If it fizzes like crazy, it acid copper.
Copy ?. If that is yellow, then it's probably Copy Cad. Boy, the seller didn't do you any favors. I hope you 'stole' the kit from him.

Sorry about not completing the indentification of chrome, but I thought I put yellowish brown color for the chrome.

Are you sure these are all Caswell products? Are you sure there's nothing in the tanks you purchased that contains cyanide?
