Hi Iam interested on the copy chrome kit or the electroless krome kit. The parts that I want to plate are all aluminum but I think I have made a mistake on preparing them.
I sandblasted them which left the surface of the parts very pourus and rough. Do I have to polish them in order to plate the part and get the mirror like surface? Thanks. |

Yes, you'll need to polish them first. You'll also need some Zincate solution so that the plate will stick on the aluminum.
