Hanging Anodes - Plating Powder Coating Buffing Anodizing

What is the proper proceedure for hanging anodes in a tank? From reading I see that copper wire should not be used as it can contaminate the tank. Should the anodes not be completely submerged or

?

This answer is on page 11& 12 of the Caswell manual and is exactly how I do it . Simply cut a strip down the one side of the anode about 1/4" in . Do not completly sever the strip from the anode stop cutting about 1/4" form the end use this strip to hang the anode also to to clip your power source to .

I am hanging my anodes as presribed in the manual and this works fine. In the future I will need to get the anodes into awkward postions. Can I use stainless steel hangers with stainless steel hardware?

you can just be sure that your hangers donot touch the solution
